Q: Will my arrangement look just like the one pictured?
A: Yes, I only make one of each kind of arrangement unless they are meant to be sold as a pair. You will get exactly what you order.
Q: Can you provide special order color combinations?
A: I can make any arrangement according to your color scheme and a photo will be sent via email for approval and then your purchase can take place.
Q: Can I hang my arrangement outside?
A: Our arrangements are designed for interior use only; however some may be used outside on occasion. We don't recommend that you hang your arrangement outdoors where it may get wet. Please keep in mind that if a wreath or swag is in direct sunlight, some fading will occur.
Q: How soon will my order ship?
A: We generally ship within 48 hours of payment. You will always be provided a tracking number via the website, so you can anticipate its arrival.
Q: Can I return an arrangement for a full refund?
A: We do accept refunds within 7 days of products delivery (we have tracking). Product must be returned in the same condition as it arrived. All products are photographed prior to shipping, for our protection. Refund will be issued within 48 hours of receipt, minus the shipping costs.
Q: What methods of payments are acceptable?
A: We accept Mastercard and Visa via paypal credit processing. You DO NOT need a paypay account for this option. We accept personal or business checks, (allow 7 days for clearing) Paypal funds transfer. And Money order is always welcome as well.
Q: How do you ship your wreaths/arrangements so they will look as good when I get them as they do in the pictures?
A: We use the greatest care when packaging your items, however, the use of stabilizing materials like peanuts or bubble wrap may bend your arrangement. Simply remove from the box, “fluff” the arrangement until you get it to where you are pleased. We must take these measures so they do not move in transit. The only draw back is you may have to spend some time "fishing" a few of the peanuts’ out..
Q: Are printed catalogs available?
A: For the time being, printed materials on our products are not available. Please continue to check with our website for changes and new items.
Q: What are your products made of?
A: Artificial plants and artificial flowers are commonly referred to as "silk flowers", however, materials used to make the artificial flowers and artificial plants vary by style and type and range from various synthetic fabrics to latex materials. Artificial trees often may have a real tree trunk with artificial branches.
Q: What is the clear substance in the vases of your silk flower arrangements?
A: The product used is "crystal clear acrylic water". The acrylic hardens and looks like water.
